1.1 Cancellation Notice Requirements

Students must submit cancellation requests at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the approved communication channels specified in the contact information or via the rescheduling link provided in the lesson confirmation email.

1.2 Cancellation Within 48-Hour Window

Any lesson cancelled with less than forty-eight (48) hours advance notice will be marked as completed, and the student will be charged the full lesson fee. No refund or rescheduling will be provided for such cancellations.

1.3 Medical Emergency Exception

Notwithstanding Section 1.2, cancellations may be permitted within the forty-eight (48) hour period solely for documented medical emergencies. For the purposes of this policy, a medical emergency is defined as an acute injury or illness requiring immediate professional medical attention that prevents the student from safely participating in online learning activities.

To qualify for a medical emergency exception, the student must provide:

  • Official documentation from a licensed medical practitioner on professional letterhead
  • A clear statement of the medical condition and its impact on lesson attendance
  • The practitioner's contact information and medical registration details
  • All documentation must be submitted within five (5) business days of the missed lesson

The instructor reserves sole discretion to approve or deny medical emergency exceptions based on the adequacy of documentation provided.

1.4 Standard Rescheduling by Student

Lessons may be rescheduled without penalty when requested at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Students must use the rescheduling link provided in the lesson confirmation email or contact the instructor directly through the approved communication channels. Rescheduling requests made within the forty-eight (48) hour window will be treated as cancellations under Section 1.2.

1.5 Instructor-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the event that the instructor must cancel or reschedule a lesson, the student will be notified as soon as possible through their preferred communication method. The instructor will endeavor to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice whenever possible.

When a lesson is cancelled by the instructor, the student may choose to:

  • Reschedule the lesson to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a full refund for the cancelled lesson

1.6 No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior cancellation notice will be considered a "no-show." No-show lessons will be marked as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

1.7 Communication and Confirmation

All cancellation and rescheduling requests will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Students are responsible for ensuring they receive confirmation of their request. Failure to receive confirmation does not excuse non-attendance, and students should follow up if confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe.

Emergency cancellations may be communicated by telephone or other immediate means, but must be followed by written documentation within twenty-four (24) hours to be considered valid.

2.1 Payment Methods and Processing

All payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the booking documentation, unless alternative payment arrangements have been expressly agreed upon in writing between the student and instructor. The instructor reserves the right to decline alternative payment methods at their sole discretion.

2.2 Payment Timing Requirements

Single Lessons: Payment must be received and confirmed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

Lesson Packages: Payment must be received and confirmed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first scheduled lesson in the package.

Lessons will not be confirmed or conducted until payment has been fully received and verified by the instructor.

2.3 Currency and Transaction Costs

All prices are denominated and quoted in Euros (€). Students paying in foreign currencies are responsible for:

  • All currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations
  • Banking transfer fees and transaction charges
  • Ensuring the full Euro amount is received after all deductions

The instructor recommends using Wise or similar low-cost transfer services to minimize conversion fees, though students may use any legitimate banking method that ensures full payment receipt.

2.4 Payment Information Requirements

Students must include the following information in all payment transfers:

  • Student's full legal name as provided during booking
  • Number of lessons purchased
  • Lesson duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes)
  • Package type (single lesson, regular package, or discount package)
Example: "John Smith, 10 lessons, 45 minutes, regular package"

Incomplete or incorrect payment information may result in processing delays, lesson postponement, or cancellation until proper payment identification is received.

2.5 Single Lesson Refund Policy

Payments for individual lessons are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Student non-attendance or cancellation
  • Technical difficulties on the student's end
  • Schedule conflicts or personal emergencies
  • Dissatisfaction with lesson content or teaching methods

2.6 Lesson Package Refund Policy

Refund requests for lesson packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the instructor's sole discretion. The following conditions apply:

Maximum Refund Amount: Refunds shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the original package purchase price.

Calculation Method: Any refund amount will be calculated by:

  1. Taking the maximum allowable refund percentage (50%)
  2. Deducting completed lessons at the current single lesson rate
  3. Deducting any administrative processing fees

Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact information provided, including:

  • Detailed reason for discontinuation
  • Number of lessons completed
  • Preferred refund method

2.7 Refund Processing Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within ninety (90) calendar days of the original package purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval and returned via the original payment method when possible.

2.8 Late Payment Consequences

Suspension of Services: Lessons scheduled when payment deadlines are not met will be automatically suspended until full payment is received and confirmed.

No Extensions: Payment deadlines are firm and non-negotiable. Personal circumstances, banking delays, or technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for deadline extensions.

Rescheduling Requirements: Suspended lessons due to late payment must be rescheduled according to instructor availability and may incur additional scheduling fees.

2.9 Payment Processing Issues

Declined or Failed Payments: Students will be notified immediately of any payment failures and must resolve all issues within forty-eight (48) hours to avoid lesson suspension.

Bank Transfer Delays: Students are responsible for accounting for standard banking processing times and international transfer delays when scheduling payments.

Insufficient Funds: Partial payments will not be accepted. The full lesson or package amount must be received before services are confirmed.

2.10 Payment Disputes and Resolution

All payment disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the original transaction. Disputes should be submitted in writing with supporting documentation including:

  • Bank transfer confirmations
  • Currency conversion receipts
  • Communication records regarding the disputed transaction

The instructor will investigate disputes in good faith and respond within seven (7) business days of receiving complete documentation.

3.1 Regular Package Discounts

Netjes Nederlands offers volume discounts for students purchasing multiple lesson packages. Discounted pricing is automatically applied based on package size and provides cost savings compared to individual lesson rates.

All regular package prices are pre-calculated and clearly displayed in the "Prices and Payment" documentation to streamline the booking and payment process. Regular package discounts are available to all students regardless of enrollment date or previous lesson history.

3.2 Legacy Student Discount Program

An exclusive discount tier is available to students who enrolled with Netjes Nederlands in 2023 or earlier. This discount program recognizes and rewards early supporters and long-term students with enhanced pricing benefits.

Eligibility Identification: Students eligible for legacy discounts have their shared documents marked with a check mark emoji (☑️) next to their name. This visual identifier is essential for accessing the appropriate pricing tier during the booking process.

Discount Access: Eligible students must reference the "Discount Packages" pricing section when making purchases. Students without the ☑️ designation must use regular package pricing.

3.3 Package Selection and Booking Procedures

Students must follow the established booking process to properly access their applicable discount tier:

  1. Pricing Review - Consult the appropriate pricing section based on eligibility status (regular packages or discount packages)
  2. Payment Calculation - Use the pre-calculated package prices displayed in the pricing documentation
  3. Payment Processing - Complete bank transfer according to the procedures outlined in Section 2 (Payments and Refunds)
  4. Payment Description - Include all required information in the transfer description: full legal name, lesson duration, number of lessons, and package type (regular or discount)
  5. Confirmation - Notify the instructor via the approved communication channels upon payment completion

3.4 Discount Eligibility Verification

Automatic Assignment: Discount eligibility is determined solely by the student's initial enrollment date with Netjes Nederlands. Students cannot request upgrades to discount status after their enrollment date.

Documentation Accuracy: Students who believe their discount eligibility is incorrectly marked should contact the instructor immediately using the provided communication channels. Eligibility corrections will be made only with verification of original enrollment records.

Fair Application: The date-based discount system ensures equitable treatment while recognizing students who supported the service during its development phase.

3.5 Package Usage Tracking and Administration

Shared Document Monitoring: Lesson package consumption is tracked in real-time within each student's shared Google document. Each lesson entry displays the current lesson number and remaining lessons in the format "Lesson X (Y/Z)" where Y represents lessons completed and Z represents total package lessons.

Administrative Oversight: A comprehensive administrative system maintains independent records of all package purchases, lesson completions, and remaining balances. This dual-tracking approach minimizes errors and prevents unauthorized package usage.

Transparency Measures: Students have full visibility into their package status and can verify their remaining lesson count at any time through their shared document. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to the instructor.

3.6 Discount Limitations and Restrictions

Single Discount Application: Students may only apply one discount type per package purchase. Regular package discounts, legacy student discounts, and referral program discounts cannot be combined or stacked. Unless otherwise specified in clause 8.

Package Modification Restrictions: Discount eligibility cannot be transferred between different package sizes or durations. Each package purchase must be completed according to the originally selected discount tier.

Non-Transferable Benefits: Discount eligibility is exclusively tied to the individual student account and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to other students, including family members or household members.

3.7 Discount Program Maintenance and Updates

The instructor reserves the right to modify discount structures, eligibility criteria, or pricing tiers with thirty (30) days advance notice through the communication channels specified in Section 7.1.

Existing package purchases and confirmed discount eligibility will remain valid under the original terms regardless of subsequent program modifications. Only new purchases will be subject to updated discount policies.

4.1 Attendance and Punctuality Requirements

Prompt Attendance: Students are required to join scheduled lessons at the exact start time. Punctual attendance ensures maximum learning benefit and respects the instructor's schedule and other students' booking times.

Late Arrival Consequences: Students arriving late to their scheduled lesson will receive instruction only for the remaining time period. Lesson duration will not be extended to compensate for student tardiness, and the full lesson fee remains applicable regardless of shortened instruction time.

No-Show Policy: Students arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior notification will be classified as a "no-show." Such lessons will be marked as completed, charged in full, and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund under any circumstances.

4.2 Learning Materials and Intellectual Property Protection

Authorized Usage: All instructional materials provided through Netjes Nederlands, including but not limited to shared document links, exercise sheets, grammar guides, vocabulary resources, and customized learning content, are licensed exclusively for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.

Distribution Restrictions: Students are strictly prohibited from distributing, sharing, copying, selling, or publicly posting any lesson materials in any format (digital or physical) without express written authorization from Danny van Meel, the copyright holder and creator of all instructional content.

Violation Consequences: Unauthorized distribution of lesson materials constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in immediate termination of services, legal action for copyright violation, and forfeiture of any remaining lesson credits without refund.

4.3 Professional Conduct and Learning Environment Standards

Student Responsibilities: Students must maintain a professional and respectful learning environment throughout all lesson sessions. This includes minimizing background noise, eliminating distractions (such as mobile phones, television, or unrelated activities), and dedicating full attention to the instructional session.

Respectful Communication: All interactions between students and instructor must maintain professional courtesy and respect. Students should communicate clearly, ask questions appropriately, and engage constructively with lesson content and feedback.

Misconduct Policy: Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to offensive language, discriminatory comments, disrespectful attitude, harassment, or disruptive conduct, will result in immediate lesson termination. Severe or repeated misconduct may lead to permanent expulsion from all Netjes Nederlands services without refund of remaining lesson credits.

4.4 Technical Infrastructure and Preparedness

Student Technical Responsibility: Students are solely responsible for ensuring their technological setup meets lesson requirements prior to each session. This includes maintaining reliable internet connectivity, functional computer hardware, working audio/video equipment, and any required software applications (such as Google Meet access).

Pre-Lesson Testing: Students should test their technical setup at least fifteen (15) minutes before lesson start time to identify and resolve any connectivity or functionality issues. Technical difficulties discovered during lesson time will reduce available instruction period.

Technical Failure Policy: Lesson disruptions, cancellations, or quality issues resulting from student-side technical problems (including but not limited to internet outages, equipment malfunctions, software failures, or connectivity issues) do not qualify for lesson rescheduling, refunds, or compensation.

Instructor Technical Issues: If technical difficulties originate from the instructor's equipment or internet connection, affected lesson time will be rescheduled at no additional cost or credited to the student's account according to the policies outlined in Section 5.2.

4.5 Lesson Recording and Privacy Policies

Recording Prohibition: Video or audio recording of lesson sessions is strictly prohibited for both students and instructor unless explicit written consent has been obtained from both parties prior to the lesson commencement.

Consent Requirements: Any recording requests must be submitted in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled lesson, clearly stating the purpose, intended use, and storage arrangements for recorded content. Both parties reserve the right to decline recording requests without explanation.

Privacy Protection: Students' personal information, learning progress, and lesson content remain confidential. Any recordings made with proper consent may not be shared, distributed, or used for purposes beyond the originally agreed scope without additional written authorization.

Third-Party Platform Policies: Lessons conducted through third-party platforms (such as Google Meet) are subject to the privacy and recording policies of those platforms in addition to these terms. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable platform policies.

4.6 Lesson Preparation and Engagement Standards

Student Preparation: Students are encouraged to review previous lesson materials, complete assigned exercises, and prepare questions or topics for discussion to maximize learning effectiveness during instruction time.

Active Participation: Lessons are designed as interactive educational experiences requiring student engagement, participation in exercises, and response to instructor guidance. Passive attendance without participation may result in reduced learning outcomes and instructor recommendations for study approach modifications.

Homework and Assignments: Completion of suggested practice exercises and homework assignments, while not mandatory, significantly enhances learning progress. Students who consistently fail to engage with supplementary materials may experience slower advancement toward their language learning goals.

5.1 Lesson Booking and Availability System

First-Come, First-Served Allocation: All lesson appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis according to the instructor's available time slots. Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedule capacity and is not guaranteed until formal confirmation is provided.

Booking Confirmation Process: Students must complete the entire booking process, including payment confirmation according to Section 2, before lesson appointments are considered secured. Preliminary time slot discussions do not constitute confirmed bookings until all requirements are fulfilled.

Time Slot Reservation: Once a lesson appointment is confirmed through the proper booking procedures, that time slot becomes exclusively reserved for the confirmed student and is blocked from all other booking requests. Reserved time slots cannot be transferred between students without instructor approval.

5.2 Booking Platform and Procedures

Scheduling Access: Students may book lessons through the designated scheduling platform referenced in their shared Google document under "About the Course." The scheduling system displays real-time availability and allows students to select preferred lesson durations and time slots.

Booking Requirements: All lesson bookings must include complete student information, preferred lesson duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes), and confirmation of payment completion according to the timelines specified in Section 2. Incomplete booking information may result in appointment delays or cancellation.

Confirmation Communications: Students will receive automated booking confirmations via email upon successful appointment scheduling. These confirmations include lesson details, access links, and cancellation/rescheduling instructions as outlined in Section 1.

5.3 Instructor-Initiated Cancellations and Rescheduling

Advance Notification Standards: In the event that the instructor must cancel or reschedule a confirmed lesson, affected students will be notified immediately through their preferred communication method as specified in their student records.

Minimum Notice Policy: The instructor will endeavor to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This notice period aligns with the student cancellation requirements outlined in Section 1 to ensure equitable treatment.

Student Options for Instructor Cancellations: When the instructor cancels a confirmed lesson, affected students may choose between:

  • Full refund of the lesson fee processed within fourteen (14) business days
  • Rescheduling to an alternative time slot

5.4 Emergency Situation Protocols

Emergency Definitions: Emergency situations include but are not limited to severe illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, technology infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen circumstances that make lesson delivery impossible or unsafe for either party.

Emergency Communication: Both students and instructor must notify the other party of emergency situations as soon as reasonably possible through any available communication method, followed by written confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours when circumstances permit.

Emergency Rescheduling Policy: Lessons cancelled due to legitimate emergency situations will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually convenient time without penalty to either party. Emergency cancellations do not count toward any cancellation limits or penalties outlined in other sections.

Emergency Financial Policy: Students will not be charged for lessons cancelled due to instructor-side emergencies. Affected students may choose immediate refund processing or credit application to their account for future use. Payment deadlines may be extended for student-side emergencies at the instructor's discretion.

5.5 Student Schedule Management Responsibilities

Advance Planning: Students are encouraged to book lessons well in advance to ensure availability during their preferred time slots. Last-minute booking requests are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed due to schedule capacity limitations.

Schedule Conflicts: Students experiencing recurring schedule conflicts or difficulty accessing preferred time slots should communicate with the instructor to explore alternative scheduling arrangements or discuss flexible timing options.

Regular Student Priority: Students with active lesson packages and consistent booking patterns may receive priority consideration for preferred recurring time slots, subject to overall schedule availability and fairness to all students.

6.1 Personal Information Collection and Use

Data Collection Scope: Netjes Nederlands collects student personal information including full name, email address, contact details, lesson preferences, learning progress records, and payment information for the purposes of delivering educational services, managing lesson schedules, processing payments, and maintaining student-instructor communication.

6.2 Payment Information Security

Payment Data Handling: Payment information, including bank transfer details and transaction records, is processed for completing financial transactions related to lesson services. The instructor does not intentionally store sensitive payment details such as full bank account numbers or payment card information.

Third-Party Payment Processing: When third-party payment processors (including banks, Wise, or other financial technology companies) are utilized to complete transactions, student payment information may be shared to the extent necessary to process the specific transaction. Students acknowledge that third-party processors operate under their own privacy policies and data protection standards.

Transaction Records: Basic transaction records (payment amounts, dates, and confirmation numbers) may be retained for accounting and record-keeping purposes as reasonably necessary for business operations.

6.3 Third-Party Service Integration

Service Provider Usage: Netjes Nederlands may utilize third-party services including scheduling platforms, communication tools, video conferencing systems, and payment processors to facilitate educational services. Students acknowledge that such services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Service Selection: The instructor endeavors to select reputable third-party service providers but makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the security measures, privacy protections, or data handling procedures of such providers.

Limited Responsibility: The instructor is not responsible for the actions, security practices, data breaches, or privacy policies of third-party service providers. Students use third-party services at their own discretion and risk.

6.4 Shared Document Access and Security

Google Docs Implementation: Educational materials, lesson notes, and progress tracking may be maintained in shared Google Documents to facilitate learning and provide students with access to their personalized learning resources.

Access Configuration: Shared documents may be initially configured with link-based access for operational convenience. Students may request alternative access arrangements by contacting the instructor, though specific security configurations cannot be guaranteed.

Document Content: Shared documents typically contain educational content, progress notes, and lesson-related materials. Students acknowledge that shared documents are subject to the privacy policies and security measures of the hosting platform (Google).

6.5 Data Retention and Management

Retention Practices: Student personal information and educational records may be retained for the duration of the active student relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary for business record-keeping, tax compliance, or legal requirements.

Data Management: The instructor may delete student personal information according to business needs and legal requirements. Students may request information about their records by contacting the instructor, though specific data management practices may vary based on operational requirements.

Student Requests: Students may submit requests regarding their personal information through the designated communication channels. The instructor will make reasonable efforts to respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to business operational constraints and legal requirements.

6.6 Consent and Data Processing

Consent Mechanism: By booking lessons and engaging with Netjes Nederlands services, students consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in this privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Processing Basis: Data processing is conducted for the purposes of providing contracted educational services, payment processing, schedule management, and student communication as reasonably necessary for business operations.

Consent Modification: Students who wish to modify their consent or have concerns about data processing may contact the instructor. However, limiting data processing may affect the instructor's ability to provide certain services.

6.7 Data Security and Limitations

Security Efforts: The instructor makes reasonable efforts to protect personal information through appropriate security measures including secure storage and access controls. However, no security system is completely infallible, and the instructor cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.

Access Practices: Student personal information is generally accessed only by the instructor and individuals directly involved in service delivery. The instructor makes reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access or distribution of student data.

Response Efforts: The instructor will make reasonable efforts to respond to privacy-related inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, subject to business operational constraints.

Limitation of Responsibility: This privacy policy describes general data handling practices but does not constitute a comprehensive warranty or guarantee regarding data security, privacy protection, or compliance with all applicable regulations. Students acknowledge that data processing practices may need to be modified based on operational requirements, legal obligations, or other business considerations.

7.1 Amendment Rights and Procedures

Modification Authority: Netjes Nederlands reserves the unrestricted right to modify, revise, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time and at sole discretion without prior notice to students or other parties.

Notification Method: Changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated through the "Contact and Updates" infoboard or other communication channels as determined appropriate by the instructor. Students are responsible for regularly reviewing these communication channels for updates.

Effective Date of Changes: Modified terms become effective immediately upon publication through the designated communication channels, regardless of whether individual students have reviewed or acknowledged the changes.

7.2 Student Acceptance and Continuing Agreement

Implied Consent Through Use: Continued use of Netjes Nederlands services, including attending scheduled lessons, booking new appointments, or maintaining active student status after terms modifications constitutes automatic acceptance of all revised terms and conditions.

8.1 Program Overview and Eligibility

The Student Referral Program allows eligible students to receive discounts on future lesson packages by successfully referring new students to Netjes Nederlands. To participate in the referral program, students must have completed at least one (1) lesson with the instructor, whether as an active or former student.

8.2 New Student Definition and Requirements

For the purposes of this referral program, a "New Student" is defined as an individual who:

  • Has never previously enrolled in lessons or purchased packages from Netjes Nederlands
  • Has not participated in any trial lessons or consultations with the instructor
  • Is not currently registered in the instructor's records or communication systems
  • Purchases a lesson package of ten (10) lessons or more within thirty (30) days of initial contact

Household members and family members may refer each other, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements and maintain separate student accounts with distinct contact information and payment methods.

8.3 Referral Process and Communication Requirements

All referrals must be communicated through the approved written communication channels specified in the contact information. The referring student must:

  • Notify the instructor in writing of their intent to refer a prospective student
  • Provide the prospective student's name and contact information
  • Ensure the prospective student acknowledges the referral during their initial communication or booking process

The referral is confirmed only when the prospective student explicitly identifies the referring student during their booking or payment process.

Capacity Limitations and Waitlist Priority: The instructor reserves the right to decline new student referrals when at maximum teaching capacity or when unable to accommodate additional students. Referred students who cannot be immediately accepted due to capacity limitations will be placed on a priority waitlist and will receive first consideration for enrollment when capacity becomes available. Referring students will be notified if their referral is placed on the waitlist, and referral rewards will be processed according to standard procedures once the referred student completes enrollment and qualification requirements.

8.4 Qualification Requirements for Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are earned only after the referred student has:

  • Successfully purchased a lesson package of ten (10) lessons or more
  • Completed two (2) regular lessons from their purchased package
  • Made payment in full for their package according to the payment terms outlined in Section 2

Trial lessons, consultation sessions, and single lesson purchases do not count toward referral qualification requirements.

8.5 Referral Discount Structure

Upon successful completion of the qualification requirements in Section 8.4, the referring student becomes eligible for the following discounts on their next package purchase:

  • 10-Lesson Package Discount: Twenty percent (20%) off the regular price of a 10-lesson package in any duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes)
  • 20-Lesson Package Discount: Fifteen percent (15%) off the regular price of a 20-lesson package in any duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Package Size Limitations: Referral discounts are not available for 35-lesson packages or any packages larger than 20 lessons.

8.6 Discount Application and Limitations

Single-Use Policy: Each successful referral generates one (1) discount applicable to one (1) package purchase only. Multiple referrals do not accumulate or combine into larger discounts.

Discount Tier Compatibility: Referral discounts may be combined with existing discount tier eligibility (☑️ emoji students) but cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, special pricing, or additional discounts.

Validity Period: Referral discounts have no expiration date and may be used at the referring student's discretion for any future package purchase that meets the size requirements.

Non-Transferable: Referral discounts are exclusively for the referring student's personal use and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other individuals.

8.7 Notification and Processing Timeline

The instructor will notify eligible referring students of their earned discount within seven (7) business days of the referred student completing their second qualifying lesson. Discount codes or credits will be issued through the approved communication channels and confirmed in writing.

8.8 Referral Invalidation and Refund Policy

Referral rewards become immediately invalid if:

  • The referred student requests a refund for their package before completing the two-lesson requirement
  • The referred student's payment is reversed, declined, or disputed
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms is discovered
  • The referred student fails to complete lessons according to the standard lesson conduct policies

In cases of referral invalidation, any discount codes already issued will be cancelled, and no replacement rewards will be provided.

8.9 Anti-Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Prohibited Activities: Students may not engage in self-referral, create multiple accounts for referral purposes, coordinate with others to abuse the referral system, or use any deceptive practices to generate referrals.

Investigation Rights: The instructor reserves the right to investigate suspected referral fraud or abuse, including requesting additional verification documentation and reviewing account activities.

Account Suspension: Violation of referral program terms may result in immediate suspension from the referral program and potential termination of lesson services.

8.10 Program Modification and Termination Rights

The instructor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with thirty (30) days advance notice through the communication channels specified in Section 7.1.

Modifications to referral program terms will not affect discounts already earned and confirmed prior to the modification effective date. Students with pending referrals in progress will have sixty (60) days to complete qualification requirements under the original terms.

8.11 Dispute Resolution for Referral Issues

Disputes regarding referral program eligibility, reward calculations, or discount applications must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. All disputes will be reviewed and resolved within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of complete documentation.

Students must provide all relevant information including referral dates, referred student details, lesson completion records, and payment documentation to support their dispute claim.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 12, 2025
